Do I need a card to sign up? Nope! Currently we are offering all plans for FREE. We are not asking for any card details.

When will you start to charge? Currently all the features are available for FREE. By Dec 2023, we'll start charging about $19.00 per month. We'll let you know in advance about this.

What happens to my data if I do not want to pay later? You will be able to access all the data. But you will not be able to create or update anything. You will be allowed to export all your ideas from the Settings menu.

What is a board? A board is used to organize ideas. For example: prodroll itself has separate boards for "Feature Requests", "Integrations" and "Issues" etc. You could have a board for an "iOS App", "Mobile App" etc.

Who is a collborator? Internal team members who have edit access to all ideas, roadmap etc. They will not be able to access certain settings and manage users.

I have several projects. Should I create as many accounts? It is up to you. One account has one brand (logo and theme). If you want to use different brand for each project, you will have to create multiple accounts. Otherwise you can manage with boards.

Is there a way to import data in bulk? Of course! You can do it yourself by heading over to Settings > Import/Export. If you need any help reach out to us at contact@prodroll.com. We'll migrate the data for you.
